February 2nd - FitWit Superbowl

Workout:

FitWit Super Bowl

2 teams - Patriots vs. Giants

2 x 15-min. halves (3 min break for half-time)

Field Goal (3 pts) – To get a field goal, you must get 3 first downs before running back to the board to report your score to the helper.  Get a first down by doing any one of the following:

                Bear crawl or crab walk (20y down and back)

                Sprint (100m down and back)

                20 bench jumps

                30 step ups

                30 pushups to side plank

                30 bench dips

                40 band curls

                50 mt. Climbers/leg

Touchdown (7 pts)

Run 2 field laps forward, 1field lap backwards

50 push-ups, 50 sit-ups, 50 squats

30 1-leg squats, 30 burpees

250 double unders or 1000 singles

Homework - Week 5

Homework:

(1) 250 jumping jacks for time

(2) 21-15-9 of plyopushups (clapping pushups), squat jumps, pike pushups (with feet elevated)

(3) Finish with five sets of 1 min. plank hold. For each second that you drop out of plank before the 60 sec. mark, perform either 1 burpee or 1 superman. Perform burpees in sets 1, 3, and 5 and perform supermans in sets 2 and 4 (e.g., if I hold a 52 sec. plank in my first set, I’ll do 8 burpees and if I hold a 40 sec. plank in my second set I’ll do 20 superman).

Gotta work your math wit for this one people!

Workout -

3 x 10 min stations

(1) Core work  
(2) Touch drill partner ladder + partner pushups - Team with the most pushups wins!  2-4-6-8 touches then back down the ladder.  Between each set, perform 8 partner pushups.  
(3) KB circuit - :30/:15 - 3 rounds 
KB swings (or SHPs)
Heavy bent over rows (switching half way)
Burpees
Russian twist…
